Shipping & FAQ


We use multiple carriers for deliveries in the UK and across Europe

Since we are shipping liquid an adult aged 18+ will need to sign for the delivery. 

(During COVID we are not requiring a signature, packages will be left in a safe place)

Shipping is typically 3-4 days, we have experienced issues with both of our carriers during peak times (Christmas / Pandemics) where it may take additional days to deliver your order.

Once you order is processed you will receive a tracking number from the selected carrier, please allow 24 hours for that to appear in the online tracking system.

Tracking is available from - this will provide accurate tracking.  Please do not use the SHOP app for tracking, it constantly gives false information.

If your tracking shows damaged package please contact us so we can investigate and reship, we are not notifed by the carriers if the package has stalled.


We take great pride in our products and investigate any issues thoroughly. If you have received a product that you think is defective please contact us immediately. We do occasionally make mistakes, we are only human!

We accept returns for any defective products and will replace them at customers' request or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
